Executive producer and editorial director of successful video campaign for Dell on BlackEnterprise.com featuring dozens of business, finance and technology experts providing information via weekly video courses to participants in Small Business University. Wrote scripts and executive produced all video production -- including hiring crew and studio and overseeing editing, managing rollout of all content and recruiting and negotiating terms with each experts.

Provided communications consulting services for software development firm Phobio, which was voted one of INC magazine's fastest growing companies of 2018. To solidify their brand messaging internally and externally, we created a cohesive communications strategy for the organization, executive produced weekly company videos from the CEO, and successfully co-developed and launched the company's Intranet to increase employee morale and engagement.

Chic Rebellion Media founder Elayne Fluker has worked on two Today show segments with a focus on inclusive content: (1) Produced a fashion segment and provided on-air commentary for Today show featuring fabulous outfits for women for $100. Booked diverse models, secured all clothing and accessories from vendors and retailers, conducted fittings, managed logistics and provided on-air commentary. (2) Supported in booking non-models for style segment with designer Isaac Mizrahi on dressing to flatter your shape. The Today show reaches four million viewers daily.

Charged with editorial direction and growth for the entertainment and beauty & style verticals and teams for iVillage.com (now part of Today.com). Created and launched Weekly Top Ten List on beauty & style channel, which grew from contributing 10,000 views at launch to 1.2 million views per month.
